Lacey's Flash Games was a flash games website run by Rocío Yani and Grace Asop, together known as Yaniaso Games (2004-2010). The website hosted aprox. 50 self-proclaimed 'girls games' aimed towards young girls and women or people who grew up as such. Each of these followed the character of Lacey going through various scenarios and jobs where the player participates in minigames to help Lacey succeed at a certain tasks. However, in the years since their initial release, the game's creepy alternate endings and scenes have been coming more and more into the public eye via @Charchar887 (@ghosttundra) uploading their playthroughs on YouTube. This has led to a revitalised interest in the games years later after the death of the website. This page will doccument all known Lacey's Flash Games alongside these gorry secrets and look into the later controversy which caused Grace Asop to leave the project all-together.

The first game released by Yaniaso for Lacey's Flash Games was Lacey's Love Meter (2004). This was a simple game where the player entered 2 names and their love percentage would be displayed on screen. Despite it's simplicity, entering certain name combos would cause the game to react in strange ways. Some notible combinations include:
Enter Lacey/Grace/Jay: "Girls always love eachot her!"
Enter Grace/Rocío: "[ERROR_ERR_10]"
Enter Grace/herself: "nobody will ever love grace like grace does"
These combinations are now considered easter eggs.
Lacey's Wardrobe (2006) was the second game in the Lacey's Flash Games catalogue. This game required players to dress up Lacey in outfits corresponding to where she was going. This included going to the park for a picnic, going to the mall and going on a date with a cute guy. The player chooses Lacey's hairstyle, top, bottoms, shoes and accessories before pressing "Ready!" to send Lacey to her activity.
However, the game quickly becomes creepy. At the first location a face can be seen in the bushes watching Lacey. As she's getting ready for her second outing to the mall, Lacey recieves a phone call where a male voice asks if Lacey has seen his texts and that he wants to have a good time with her 'tonight'. The same face as in the forest can be seen watching her through her window. The phrases "help me" and "he's going to kill me" flash on screen before the game cuts to the final dress up sequence.
There is a constant knocking on the door and on the tops section of the outfit selection screen the botton left is replaced by text saying "there is a gift on your doorstep". Clicking on this reveals a heart-shaped box with blurry red and pink colours, implied to be gore. Lacey then recieves another call where the stalker asks if she's recieved his gift and demands that she opens the door for him to come in. Text appears on screen of Lacey begging the player not to make her go outside. When the player presses "Ready!" the usual "Well done!" text is replaced by "what have you done?". Sound effects of crying and screaming play while quick flashes of Lacey's cut up body come on screen (I will NOT be including these images here. If you really want to see them, go to the Lacey's Flash Games Fandom Wikipedia here). The final text from the Stalker reads:
"I ate her remains so we will be together forever. I love you, Lacey."
In Lacey's Diner the player helps Lacey to run a Diner by putting the ingredients given into a bowl within the time limit. This timer gave 2 minutes for the player to achieve this. If the player is successful this leads to the dish being served to the customer. This repeats for 3 more rounds with new recipes each day and ends with Lacey's Diner becoming the best in the world. However, letting the timer run out leads to a diferent outcome. On the first day letting the timer run out leads to a blink and you'll miss it image of Lacey's arms covered in cuts with text over the top reading phrases like "stupid", "useless" and "failure", implied to be Lacey talking to herself. Then it cuts to the empty resturaunt with text reading that the customers left because Lacey took too long to prepare the food. It then cuts to an image of a dark street where Lacey laments that the Diner is all she has and that, if she fails, she sees no other option than to commit suicide.
The next day, letting the timer run out leads to text from Lacey reading: "Why can't these fucking bastards just wait 3 minutes for their fucking food? I'm trying my hardest and yet I'm almost running out of money to survive. This isn't fair. It isn't fair at all. It isn't fair. I hate all of them. I hate them. I hate them." The scene then cuts to a distorted version of the Diner where all of the ingredients are replaced by innedible objects. When the player finishes making the dish an image is shown of Lacey's Diner being closed due to sanitary violations. Text then comes on screen reading "This is it then" before a censored image of Lacey's dead body is shown. This is labeled in game as the bad ending.
In Lacey's Petshop the player must help lacey run her petshop by giving the customers the perfect pet best suited to their wants. The player is given multiple ways of changing the pet to meet the customers request. However, the requests become more and more uncomfortable, going from giving the customer a clean and cute puppy to giving a turtle a set of human-like teeth. At the 7th customer a dog appears with a distorted face and the screen cuts to an image of Lacey with the text next to her reading "uh oh! you clicked the BAD DOG! You #### a mistake". More and more distorted imagery appears on screen until it turns to black.
The game changes to a point and click. When the player tries to enter the house a cat with no skin blocks the way until they go left to collect the skin back from a bird who stole it and return in. Then they can go into the house. Going left leads into a room with 4 pigs eating flowers at a dining table. The screen cuts to some text reading:
"I've always known what you are. From the moment you first touched me to when I found myself stepping over remains of your skin glued to the floor. You have no regard. I had none either. You squealed like a pig. Just like a pig. This had been my childhood dream. The one you took from me. I collected all those bruises for years. My spine hurts as if a needle went through each segment. Once I got used to it I didn't think about it anymore. But you made me think about it forever when you made that mistake. You made a mistake. You took my angel away. You took my angel away. You took my angel way you took my angel away you took my angel away you took my angel away you yet--"
Going left leads to a room with a cage in the corner. Lacey asks the player to make her enter the cage and when inside remarks "Yes, I know. No one forced me back inside. But this pain just hurts so comfortably." She finds the key inside which allows her to unlock the door to the upstairs of the house. Entering the bathroom allows the player to click on the mirror where Lacey looks at her reflection, and she looks exhausted. Looking for too long, however, makes a video of a real person wrapped in wires appear in the mirror, with text about how "These are the real girls games" flicking on screen. Lacey begs the player to leave.
The screen changes to a first person video of Lacey looking out the window while talking about how she wants to get a cat, that she's been in her room for days because "he" is under the bed and would look at her. She then thinks about how she wants to go shopping and buy CDs of her favourite music. the screen then changes to text reading:
"My sweet little doggy. My little angel. I couldn't take it anymore. You can hurt me all you'd like but you weren't allowed to take it away from me. I will let you rot."
The game goes back to the house. Entering room 2 of the upstairs shows the text "I can click here to end it all". When Lacey goes inside she sets herself on fire. A song plays with the lyrics being:
For years he was barking up the wrong tree
worried about his sins becoming too visible on my skin
he always worried about the silliest things
but me
and when he turned his back
I was the dog that bit his neck
The game ends with Lacey waking up in her bed with the player being told that it was all a dream.
Jay's Skating game and Lacey's makeup parlour were both created in response to Rocío recieving criticism surrounding Jay's character. She recieved emails from parents concerned that Jay was too much like a boy and not enough feminine, making her a bad role-model to girls. These parents even started a movement online across multiple forums to get Jay removed from the site, using derogatory homophobic and transphobic language. Rocío simply responded to the emails sent to her with "Careful what you wish for ;-)".
In Jay's Skating Game the player had to help Jay avoid obstacles by jumping over or ducking under them. There were 4 levels in total. At the end of level 2 a set of numbers appear on screen. During level 3 Jay is set to the fastest speed possible and the game glitches with the screen going dark. When Jay crosses the finish line the game gets even worse. In level 4 Jay skates even faster than max speed and flies off the building into a pit of spikes. A distorted image of her dead body appears on screen with the text "you killed Jay".
Lacey's Makeup Parlour followed the release of Jay's Skating Game. The Player has to give Lacey's clients makeup looks using various makeup tools, and they can then take a screenshot of their work to share with friends. For 2 rounds the game plays normally, but the third clients face begins to droop. The player is given the option to "fix her" where Lacey's gloved hand comes onto screen to put it back into place. The fourth client has to have a worm removed from her body, and the fifth has to have her eyes shut, which are photorealistic. The final client is Jay, and the game glitches.
Lacey is seen laying on the floor of a dark room panicking and talking about how she looks ugly when she grieves and that her and Jay aren't "here", and that she just needs some makeup. She is then seen holding Jay's dead body. Lacey rambles about how Jay just needs some makeup and that maybe she wouldn't have died if she was just more feminine, and starts to shakily apply makeup to Jay's face. The game then ends.
After this game's release, all Jay focused games were removed from the site
